Washington DC, President Trump’s re-election campaign today filed a federal lawsuit in Michigan citing multiple witness accounts of irregularities, incompetence, and unlawful vote counting. The suit relies on affidavits from witnesses who say they saw election officials counting ineligible ballots, counting batches of the same ballots multiple times, counting illegal late ballots and pre-dating them, accepting ballots deposited in drop boxes after the deadline, and duplicating ballots illegally. It also documents how defendant Wayne County used faulty ballot tabulators that miscounted votes for President Trump as votes for the Biden-Harris ticket.

By Charles Stampul

It’s been a singular obsession for four years, stopping the reelection of Donald J. Trump by any means necessary.   Destroy the ship, sicken the crew, deplete provisions, pollute the ocean… just get that whale!

Those who shared this obsession were happily surprised Wednesday morning, when a seemingly clear victory for Trump turned into a possible loss.   But do they understand how this near defeat was achieved and what has been given up?  Do they want to know?  Can they avoid learning?

“Voting by an electronic device in person is pretty much effective in being fraud-free.
Voting by mail involves so much that is susceptible to fraud. The main two are:
1. Who knows if the mail-in ballot was completed by the person on the form?
2. The form is opened by a election official. Who know if that official is honest? Who knows if they discard or alter any forms that don’t go with the party/candidate that they favor?

U.S. Supreme Court Rules Dead People Do Not Have a Right to Vote

Washington DC , The U.S. Supreme Court sided with the state of Ohio Monday upholding its practice of purging people from registration rolls if they fail to vote. In a 5-4 decision, in a case know as Husted v. A. Philip Randolph the court ruled Ohio could continue to remove individuals from voter rolls if they had not voted in two federal elections and have not responded to a confirmation notice or updated their registration.

The plaintiffs in the case, Husted v A. Philip Randolph Institute, argued the Ohio law violated the National Voter Registration Act – that “just as you have a right to vote, you have a right not to vote” – claiming the state’s purges risk disenfranchising eligible voters.

Voter rolls have been a point of contention for years .Many critics claim inactive voter rolls create opportunity for voter fraud .
