Hackensack NJ, City of Hackensack Fire Department answered a call at 227 Prospect Avenue 2 alarm fire . Fire was contained to one apartment which sustained heavy damage. Hackensack fire prevention has started an investigation .Englewood Fire 3rd Platoon Truck 1 also responded to the City of Hackensack for the second multi-alarm fire.

Fair Lawn NJ, Fair Lawn Police officers responded to Berdan Avenue & 12th Street on a two car crash. On Saturday afternoon, 03/26, a collision in the 12-00 block of 12th Street, in Fair Lawn resulted in both drivers being transported by ambulances to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. Following impact, one of the vehicles involved was catapulted off the roadway, through a fence, and partially into the back yard of a nearby home. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by a flatbed tow truck. Fair Lawn Police and Fair Lawn EMS responded to the incident. The accident is still under investigation.
