Hackensack NJ, County Executive Jim Tedesco, the Board of Commissioners, and the County Parks Department announce the Revolutionary War Roundtable Speaker Series, a free lecture series that is the first of planned events by the Division of Cultural & Historic Affairs to commemorate Bergen County’s 250th anniversary. The first lecture in the series will take place on Wednesday, September 13th at 7pm in the One Bergen County Plaza 4th Floor Learning Center in Hackensack, NJ.

Hackensack NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of SHENGJIN WU (DOB: 4/16/1992; married; employed as a casino dealer) of 511 Andrea Drive, Willow Grove, PA, on a charge of money laundering. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.

Trenton NJ, On August 14, 2023, the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJDOL) issued 27 stop-work orders to Boston Market locations across the state after finding multiple violations of workers’ rights, including more than $600,000 in back wages owed to 314 workers.
