Ridgewood Parks Division Removes Tree Blocking Saddle River

Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Parks Division removed a large tree down across the Saddle River on Friday. River bank erosion and root exposure have made these downed trees a more frequent issue. According to Village Manager Kieth Kazmark ,”Bank stabilization is a major topic the Village will be discussing with the US Army Corps of Engineers this spring”

Fairview Man Charged with Sexual Assault

Fairview NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 25-year-old BYLLY XILOJ-AQUINO of Fairview, NJ on charges of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Fairview Police Department under the direction of Chief Vincent Bellucci.
