Hackensack NJ, The City of Hackensack regretfully announces that City Manager Ted Ehrenburg passed away last night. Hired in 2016, Ehrenburg’s steady and experienced leadership brought a level of professionalism and competence to city government that has benefitted all residents. Mayor John Labrosse has ordered that city flags will be flown at half mast in Ehrenburg’s honor and the City Council meeting scheduled for April 6th will be postponed to a later date.

Bergen County Jail Prisoners’ Get Priority For COVID Vaccinations

Hackensack NJ, the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office administered its first series of covid-19 vaccine shots to inmates and detainees.  The sheriff’s office correctional facility received 100 vials of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, which was administered by the medical staff within the jail.

DENNIS (DOB: 1/25/1992; single; unemployed) of 153 Clinton Place, Apartment 2C, Hackensack, New Jersey on a charge of Aggravated Arson. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti, and the Hackensack Police Department under the direction of Officer in Charge Captain Peter Busciglio.
