It would be fair to assume that you woke up missing the high quality, overpriced coffee you used to get at your favorite coffee shop every morning. Ridgewood NJ, looks like the August 6th BLM rally in Ridgewood brought out some of the worst in people . An African American photographer at the event was targeted by a white women (a Karen) for being creepy and she claimed in a Facebook post considered calling the police.

“In reading the tag lines for this article I noticed “Ridgewood For Black Liberation” which prompted me to visit their Facebook page. There I saw a video of the entire protest march and a still photo with a comment, “Thank you comrades for your support”. “Soladarity forever”. This posting came from The Central NJ Democratic Socialists of America, so it begs the question just how many Ridgewood residents are involved in these protest marches, and how many young people in town are being “recruited” by the DSA to carry forth their agenda. If this is an ongoing thing, today Ridgewood, tomorrow the rest of Bergen County.”

Ridgewood NJ, Catherine Brienza is the founder and president of JOLT USA commented in a Facebook post ,”Will someone please explain this quasi military presence in Ridgewood yesterday right at the time of the peaceful “teach in”? Who called for this waste of our Taxpayer money? They were marching around village hall and the library area.Who requested this presence? The Mayor? Police Chief? Village Council? Who???”
Those photos of the police lined up or behind Village Hall and yes it was night time. The rally had ended before it got dark. It seems to us that someone is trying to make a name for themselves by stirring up trouble and problems in a the Village of Ridgewood where they do not exist .

“And again. No publicity is the human trafficking rally July 30. Ridgewood is becoming a joke. I saw the Facebook pictures most likely trying to cause a controversy.
I was absolutely appalled when I saw the pics and video posted in the comments of the RWPD actually blocked the roads to let these losers walk the streets. They even had no leader in the front. I am 100 percent behind ridgewood police. I am sure the orders to do this came from above.
Ridgewood had two protests or whatever they called it after Floyd. One at vets and one walk to the YMCA.
Enough is enough. The same guy with the bullhorn. Same people.

“I passed by Broad St last night. The garage is HUGE. This garage reminds me of the monsters they have built in Yonkers and other areas in Westchester County. Even half the size would have been more than sufficient. The apartment complex is more than huge. Ugly sh!t all around. And it is just a start. They should rename Broad St to Broad Ave.
This downtown is not my downtown anymore. I will stay out of it.”
