Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood teachers joined several other groups of teachers protesting the opening of schools this fall. According to North Jersey Media , “Ridgewood teachers gathered atop a Route 4 overpass to oppose a return to classrooms, saying in-person learning is not yet safe. NJ Education Association and other neighboring teachers oppose as well.
“It’s literally crisis-teaching in order to pretend that there’s some semblance of normalcy.” -Becky Catanzaro, a teacher from Ridgewood.”

Ridgewood Back the Blue

117035798 10200402626651754 9156709973088477872 n
Good morning everyone!
I’m reaching out to our Ridgewood community on behalf of my children and all of the kids that look up to law enforcement. I think with all that has been going on in Ridgewood we have lost sight of the fact that the men and women in our Ridgewood Police Department are our friends and our neighbors. Our children go to school with their children, they have play dates and celebrate birthdays together. They wave to us from their driveways and shovel out our elderly neighbors. For those of us that grew up here these are the guys that we cheered for under the Friday night lights. Despite the hate and vitriol that has surrounded this town I know many among us want to show our appreciation and our support.. that’s where I come in!
Starting this Wednesday through next Wednesday I will have a drop box on my front step for those that want to drop off notes of encouragement and thanks for our men and women in blue. The more cards the better! Make it a family project and have the kids make cards of their own! Next week I will gather the cards with my kids and we will deliver them with special treats as a way to show our police officers that this town still appreciates them!
Feel free to share so we can spread the word!
Thanks everyone!

Reader says , “These brats assume they have the right to destroy society”

“The first respondent asked why “all of Ridgewood” wasn’t invited, and the answer is really simple. These “teens” as they call themselves with their meeting “for teens, run by teens” invitation first of all, aren’t teens, and they are not looking for the betterment of society but rather, how many institutions can they attack and destroy. Their crowd of “know it all young adults” who consider themselves teens so they can hope to not be responsible for their actions. They hope to be getting more bleeding hearts who say “How could those big mean cops pick on a Latino teenager? They are obviously racists.” “or pick on an innocent teen (?) girl” who “just happened” to come with own photographer, recorder, and lawyer on July 4th? These brats assume they have the right to destroy society so they can have fun and get people to support them. Parents, please talk logic to your kids and hopefully get them to not participate in these mobs. Someone is going to get hurt.”

Reader says ,Jewish residents, “should be more concerned with the Democratic party’s anti-semitic position”

“The Jewish residents of NJ have good cause to be unsettled regarding BLM, and the rampant anti-semitism they believe in.

However, they should be more concerned with the Democratic party’s anti-semitic position. There has never been so much as a “no” spoken by Democrats against attacks being made against Jews. Anyone remember the Hanukkah celebration a few months ago? Shaheen; Cortez; De Blasio; Omar; Warren; Biden and yes, Obama and his cohort of Rev. Wright, Sharpton et al, they are all as guilty as sin of failing to condemn, and in fact outright support of such attacks.

The evil grew the same way in 1933 – Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. Oust the Dems! “

Reader says , “Parents need to spend more time teaching their kids about what’s right and wrong”

“Parents need to spend more time teaching their kids about what’s right and wrong. And how to research, critically analyze and engage the world. These skills should be taught to teens and it’s not up to a school or university to teach them.

We’ve seen time and time again that public and private education systems are profit-driven. Even worse, the fees they charge students and their parents aren’t channeled to improve the quality of education. Rather schools treat their students as captives, while selling them in a secondary market to Pharma, political organizations, and corporate advertisers.

It’s not difficult to research BLM. Sit down with your kids, go on BLM website and listen to their leaders speak. Have your kids write down key positions and statements. Then have your kids read communist manifesto. Then have them read from survivors about socialist revolutions in USSR, Cuba and Venezuela. Put 2&2 together.

Congrats, you’ve bonded with your kids, taught them useful skills, and set them on a path that avoids hustlers.”

“The problem is their indoctrinated parents. Spend the next 24 hours watching only CNN/MSNBC/CBS/NBC/ABC news. You will not see anything about rioting or damage being done by anarchists. They only present a picture of peaceful protesters, who are then being charged by Trump’s nazi storm troopers. The Left controls just about all of the news and they are not going to make the huge mistake they made in 2016 by giving Trump so much airtime because of the ratings. They don’t show his press briefings. Social media platforms are now censoring “hate speech”, but their interpretation of hate speech is anything from the Right while allowing anything from the Left.”

Tips for Deprogramming Indoctrinated Teens

By Charles Stampul

If you are close to a young person caught in the grips of a dangerous ideology, you may feel a moral responsibility to show that young person a way out.  Here are some tips based on experience teaching young adults and research into the subject.

First, resist the temptation to reason.  It is not an inability to reason that leads people to these positions.  They are motivated instead by deep, often latent psychological drives, such as the desire to belong or be part of what has been portrayed as an important crusade.
