If we recall correctly, in the State of NJ, there are strict rules in place for ensuring the openness and transparency of such actions (using social media for official communications).
Ridgewood NJ, we strongly disagree with the notion that it’s okay for members of the Ridgewood Village Council to vote “Yes; I approve” when one of their respective friends is up for the award of a taxpayer funded professional services contact, or in line to be hired for a salaried Village position.

Really she might want to start with her Facebook group , “Ridgewood Moms and Dads” , some residents refer to is as the “Soccer Mom Mafia” the group’s motto over the years has been to say anything you like as long as you agree with me .The group has a reputation of being very dictatorial in its policies and over the years members have been caught organizing social media attacks on other residents .

Ridgewood NJ, word is that former Tiffany’s Co. executive-turned-stay-at-home mom Siobhan Winograd is going to run for the Village Council .It has been confirmed that Winograd, a huge supporter of high density housing, is currently out collecting signatures . Wingrad recently led the charge to remove residents’ ability to vote on the $120 million Ridgewood school budget .
Ridgewood NJ, nominating packets are available for Ridgewood residents who are registered voters and wish to run for and serve on the Ridgewood Village Council. They may be picked up at the Village Clerk’s Office in Village Hall, 131 North Maple Avenue, during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. The deadline for filing completed nominating petitions is September 6, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
